Deputy head of the administration of the Prikubansky District of Krasnodar is suspected of receiving a large bribe. A criminal case against the official has been initiated today, RIA Novosti reports.
A station for technical service requested construction of a doorway to its office on the side of the Rossiyskaya Street in December 2012. The functionary demanded the office to pay a million rubles in order to solve the problem.
The functionary was caught taking the money and may be sentenced to up to 12 years of prison.
