Drivers of two vehicles stopped the car of a 26-year-old police officer on the Kavkaz Highway in Ingushetia at about 1.30 am on March 27, 2013. A fight started and the officer was shot in the right leg, RIA Novosti.
The police report that the fight was provoked by the officer’s driving maneuvers.
