The counter-terrorism operation regime was imposed on the Elbrussky District of Kabardino-Balkaria, Interfax reports.
The regime was imposed from Neytrino to the state border of Georgia and the administrative border of Karachay-Cherkessia and the Chegemsky District of Kabardino-Balkaria at 8.00 am.
