12 students of the North Caucasus Federal University involved in a mass brawl in Stavropol on March 31 have been expelled, the university’s website reports.
Russian Plenipotentiary Presidential Envoy to the North Caucasian Federal District Alexander Khloponin demanded their expulsion on Tuesday.
