Professor Muhamed Shakhmurzov has replaced Boris Zherukov, president of the Kabardino-Balkarian State Agrarian University killed on December 25, 2012, RIA Novosti reports.
Zherukov was the head of the United Russia fraction at the Kabardino-Balkarian parliament. His murderers were killed by law enforcers in January.
