The police of Baku caught Cpt. Magomed Ahmedov, a local from Makhachkala suspected of killing a legislator of Kaspiysk and an investigator responsible for solving the case of two terrorist attacks in Kizlyar in 2010, Kommersant reports.
The captain was planning to move from Baku to the UAE. He was taken to the Sovetsky District Court of Makhachkala.
He is charged with murder, attack on officials and illegal trafficking of weapons.
