Chechen Leader Ramzan Kadyrov has commented on the fire at the Olimp sky-scraper at the Grozny City complex and two locals rejoicing over the incident.
In his Instagram Kadyrov said that the building will be fixed and appear better than before. He added that the two people making fun of the accident and posting videos about it in the Internet will help in reconstruction.
The Olimp sky-scraper was renamed to Phoenix.
The fire at the sky-scraper happened on Wednesday. A helicopter from the Stavropol Territory could not assist in putting out the fire due to dense smoke and other tall buildings in the area.
