Chechen Leader Ramzan Kadyrov said that the Phoenix sky-scraper at the Grozny City complex will be fixed for the City Day on October 5, RIA Novosti reports.
Specialists from Turkey will assist in the reconstruction. Chechen Vice Premier Isa Tumkhajiyev will monitor the process.
The Olimp sky-scraper had a fire on Wednesday. About 18,000 square meters of the building were on fire. No one was injured. The building was renamed to Phoenix.
