Azerbaijani and Russian commissions continue the process of Russia's moving from the Qabala Radar in Azerbaijan. Inventory and personnel will be out of the facility in August.
Russia's lease of the radar expired in December 2012. The Armavir Radar will compensate loss of the Qabala Radar.
