A 57-year old local in Derbent has been caught producing illegal alcohol at home, RIA Dagestan reports.
He had 248 liters of cognac spirit, 60 bottles with a volume of 0.5 liters of cognac each, 20 liters of ethanol, 320 corks, 270 excise marks. The police found about 500 empty bottles at his house.
