The two Armenian teenagers killed at the tank range of the 102nd military base of Russia in Gyumri were searching for scrap metal, RIA Novosti reports.
They found an OG-15V fragmentation landmine of BMP-1 at the range at about 1.00 pm on April 7. Its explosion killed the teenagers.
New commander of the base Andrey Ruzinsky organized investigations.
