Russian Deputy Chief of FSB Border Guards Service Vladimir Mochalov said that railway access to Tajik trains will only open after all flaws registered by inspectors are fixed.
The Russian Ministry for Transportation and Russian Railways were recommended to present a document to the CIS Council for Railway Transportation to halt railway traffic of Tajikistan, Molchanov said at a session of the State Border Commission in Moscow today.
