Over 7,000 people in 1850 houses experienced a power cut in Blagoveshchenskaya Su-Psekh, Tsybanobalka, Voskresensky, Krasny on the outskirts of Anapa at 8.25 today, RIA Novosti reports.
Specialists are trying to restore power for 17 people. Kubanenergo said that six power lines were broken in the south-western area of Kuban as a result of severe wind.
Wind speed reached 30m/s. More power cuts may happen on the Black Sea coast. Wind speed may reach 35-38m/s in the Novorossiysk District.
