The law enforcement agencies have found a militant base in Karachay-Cherkessia, the republican Ministry of the Interior says.
According to RIA Novosti, the base was found near the village of Rimgorskoye and had some clothes, utensils, oil for weapons and ammunition.
The band that used this base consisted of three people. One of them was killed earlier this year. The base was uncovered during an investigation into the other two members.
