An earthquake with a magnitude of 4.5 points happened in the regions of Qabala, Mingachevir, Agdash, Ujar, Zaqatala and Balakan, 10km south of Sheki at 1.38 am, ANS PRESS reports.
The earthquake could be sensed in Baku.
