Dzhokhar Tsarnayev placed in Beth Israel Deaconess hospital

Dzhokhar Tsarnayev, accused of launching an attack on the Boston Marathon, will be kept in the Beth Israel Deaconess hospital.

Tsarnayev's state of health is poor after being shot during his arrest.

The Beth Israel Deaconess medical centre has a special ward for injured criminals. In the hospital Tsarnayev will receive halal food.

Due to his injury the suspect is not expected to be able to speak again.
