Earthquake hits two Iranian provinces

 

An earthquake with a magnitude of 4.9 points was registered near Gulpaigan in the Isfahan Province of Iran at 7.39 am. It damaged 20 villages and injured three people. Local schools were closed, Trend reports.

Another earthquake with a magnitude of 3.4 points happened at Sardasht in the West Azerbaijan Province.

Iran has had three high-magnitude earthquakes in the last three weeks, resulting in 33 people dead and 877 injured.
