French conservatives, Christians, Muslims and royalists united to protest against legalization of weddings of marriages by President Francois Hollande.
The marriages were legalized on April 23, making France the 7th state with legal homosexual marriages. The biggest protest against the amendments consisted of 700,000 people. Billionaire Serge Dassault said that Ancient Greece fell into recession due to excess of homosexuals.
The economic situation worsens in France and unemployment does not drop. Growing numbers of protesters may escalate to demands for resignation of Hollande and his government.
