Over a thousand violations of Russian migration law have been registered in the Moscow Region, press service of the Russian Migration Service reports.
Head of the Russian Migration Service Constantine Romodanovsky and acting Governor of the Moscow Region initiated the inspection on April 22. The process will continue until April 27.
35 employers of migrants and 698 stateless foreigners were checked. Over 1,300 violations were registered. 550 migrants violated the residential law and 811 violated labour laws.
8 foreigners had fake documents, 214 were banned from Russia.
Violations of migration law can be reported at 9.00 am – 8.00 pm to 8-926-241-43-09.
