38 people died in a fire at the psychiatry hospital in Ramensky in the Dmitrovsky District of Moscow outskirts, ITAR-TASS reports.
The fire covered 420 square meters.
The Main Directorate of the Russian Interior Ministry of the Moscow Region says that 36 people died. The Ministry for Emergencies believes that 38 out of 41 people in the hospital, including three doctors, died.
