Acting Governor of the Moscow Region Andrey Vorobyov announced mourning on April 27 to commemorate the 38 people killed by fire in psychiatry hospital N14 in Ramensky of the Dmitrovsky District, Interfax reports.
The fire started on Thursday night and has been put out. The 35x12m wooden framework and 25x18m brick structure next to it was on fire. Patients were under effects of medicine they receive and could not react on the fire on time.
Deputy head of the government of the Moscow Region Dmitry Pestov said that all medical centers in the region will be checked.
