The Armenian ambassador to Russia, Oleg Esayan, has taken personal control of the investigation into the desecration of Armenian graves in Novorossiisk, Armenia Today reports.
The diplomat held telephone talks with the governor of Krasnodarskii region, Aleksandr Tkachev, and mayor of Novorossiisk, Vladimir Sinyagovskii. 25 graves were desecrated, 17 of them Armenian.
