Musa Kadyrov, a football judged banned from being referee for beating a football player, has been hired by Director General of the Ramazan Boxing Club Abdul-Aziz Elimkhanov to work at the club, R-Sport reports.
Chechen Leader and Honorary President of the Terek FC Ramzan Kadyrov ordered Elimkhanov to hire the referee.
