29-year-old Takhir Jaksibekov and six other unidentified men have been detained for calls for terrorism, escalation of hatred, nationalism and storage of explosives, Vzglyad reports.
The group was involved in extremism and has been promoting world Jihad since February. They supported militants in the Middle East and North Caucasus, agitating in Astrakhan. The group has been detained and may get up to 10 years of prison.
