Today, the Avan and Arabkir Districts of Yerevan started recounting votes casted during elections to the Council of Elders on Sunday, spokeswoman of the Armenian National Congress Zoya Tadevosyan states.
The Armenian National Congress requested the CEC to recount the votes.
