The police found a 1.5-liter plastic bottle with a substance resembling ammonia nitrate, a Jihad book at Khalimbekaul in the Buynaksky District of Dagestan, the Dagestani Interior Ministry reports.
The book belonged to a 27-year-old militant killed on the Buynaksk-Untsukul road on April 18, 2013.
