Umar Kushkhov, Director General of Yug-Agro, is suspected of an attempt to steal 216 million rubles from the budget of Karachay-Cherkessia.
Kushkhov presented tax declarations of Kontinent for Q2 and Q4 2011 and Q1 2012 to the inter-district inspection of the Federal Tax Service. He wanted a VAT refund worth 216 million rubles using false information.
The entrepreneur is charged with a high-scale fraud attempt.
