Kazim Shabanov, a member of the Extremism Prevention Center of the Dagestani Interior Ministry, was shot when coming out of his house in the Avenue of Akushinsky, 92, in Makhachkala at about 8.00 am, RIA Dagestan reports.
The police have a theory about the causes of the attack. A criminal case was initiated for murder of police officer and gun trafficking.
