Russia should restore two centres of Islamic education

It's hard to receive a good Islamic education in Russia, Mufti of the Perm Territory Mukhammedgali khazrat Khuzin told Vestnik Kavkaza.

The two Russian centres of Islamic education - in Kazan and in the North Caucasus - have not been restored yet.

As a result the Muslim community in Russia is scattered and different non-traditional kinds of Islam, including radical ones, are spreading throughout the country.
