Prosecutors: Bankruptcy of airline "Kuban" was deliberate

The actions of the management of the airline "Kuban", which ceased operations in December 2012, have signs of deliberate bankruptcy, the transport prosecutor of Krasnodar, Sergei Borisikhin, said on Thursday.As previously reported by "Vestnik Kavkaza", the airline ceased operations as of December 11, due to the difficult financial situation, its press office explained. The Arbitration Court of the Krasnodar region, considering the statement of "Kuban" for their own bankruptcy, introduced a monitoring procedure of the company on February 18.The transport prosecutor's office initiated a check on the instance of bankruptcy.
