Chechen Leader Ramzan Kadyrov has dismissed Sayid Adamov, director of the Center for Catastrophe Medicine over a complaint of Kharon Bemurzayev of the center, RIA Novosti reports.
Bemurzayev said that the director was making financial frauds, distributing identities of dead people, medicaments among employees.
