Kidnappers detained in North Ossetia

Kidnappers accused of abducting a Moscow businessman were detained in North Ossetia, the Russian Internal Ministry informs today.

A 56-year-old resident of the settlement of Tarskoye was detained after being on the wanted list for 7 years. During the operation another local resident was detained.
