The Prielbrusye National Park has been cleared of 25 tons of garbage, exceeding the previous year’s efforts by 5 tons, RIA Novosti cites the park’s director Zalimkhan Jappuyev.
The garbage was taken to the junkyard in Tyrnyauz.
About 300 people were cleaning the Azau Meadow, mountain side until station Krugozor and the Baksan River.
