David Kurasbediani, a 44-year-old Georgian criminal authority from Tula, has been detained by officers of the Tula Region, Interfax cites Andrey Yartsev, spokesman of the regional directorate of the Interior Ministry.
The man carried an ID with signs of falsification. A criminal case was initiated.
