Sergey Shatunov, spokesman of the Russian Federal Education and Science Supervision Agency, said that a video posted in the Internet about cheating during the Unified State Exam in Dagestan had been made in 2011, RIA Novosti reports.
Pupils in the video can be seen cheating by copying answers during a Russian-language exam using mobile phones.
