Azerbaijan is still expecting release of Khalid Ismaylova (Khalida Khalid), a scientist of the Literature Institute of the National Academy of Sciences of Azerbaijan), and her driver Shamkhal Guseynov detained by Iranian intelligence officer in Tabriz on April 30.
Azerbaijan sent two protest notes to the Iranian Foreign Ministry. The Azerbaijani Consulate General in Tabriz said today that negotiations about their release continue.
