12 villages with about 70,000 people suffered from a power cut in the Malgobeksky District of Ingushetia as a result of a break on the power line, RIA Novosti reports.
24 social facilities were shut down.
Adygeya, Dagestan, Karachay-Cherkessia, Kabardino-Balkaria, Stavropol and Krasnodar Territories were warned about power cuts caused by severe wind with a speed of up to 25m/s.
