Activities supporting the campaign 'Youth against tobacco' have been launched in Sochi. More than a thousand activists of youth, public and student organisations are taking part in it, Interfax informs.
The participants of these activities will compete in streetball and armwrestling and amateur musicians will perform a concert. The activists will also interview Sochi residents and visitors on the topic of "Do you smoke and what is your attitude towards the 'Sochi - a no smoking city' charter".
As part of the activities, participants will speak to smokers on the streets, trying to persuade them to abandon this unhealthy habit.
