A mosque and an Islamic cultural centre were destroyed today by fire in north London. The fire started at 3.15 a.m. 35 fire brigades tried to extinguish the fire, but the buildings were totally annihilated.
No one was injured as a result of the incident as there were no people in the mosque itself and residents living in neighbouring houses were evacuated.
