The Supreme Court of the Chechen Republic presented at a meeting its new chairman, Magomed Karataev.
Vladimir Solovyev, on behalf of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation, congratulated Karataev on his appointment to the post.
"I came with a pleasant mission - to introduce the new head of the judicial service and to announce the order appointing him. This man has worked all his life with dignity in the judicial system and knows the ins and outs of the profession. I would like to wish him luck in this difficult matter," Solovyev said.
The chairman of the Chechen parliament, Dukuvakha Abdurahmanov, noted that Karataev has a clear civic position and will easily cope with the assigned duties.
Magomed Evurhaevich Karataev was born in 1953. He graduated from the Law Department of Moscow State University in 1978.
