Some 160 specialists are trying to put out the fire in the Borjomi gorge. Due to difficult access to the site, air units are being brought into play.
According to preliminary data, the fire has destroyed 10 hectares of countryside. The cause of the conflagration is still unknown, but experts assume it to be due to the heat.
