The Russian Foreign Ministry has reacted to the yesterday’s murder of a 15-year-old in Aleppo, RIA Novosti reports.
The ministry said that all sides of conflict should respect human rights and the international humanitarian rights. The message expresses hope that supporters of militants would prevent humanitarian crimes by armed opposition.
Russia believes that the tragedy demonstrates the need for swift political solution of the conflict and normalization of the humanitarian situation.
