The police found two suicide belts with explosives on the Street of Oskar in Makhachkala and the Street of Omarov in Kaspiysk, the National Counter-Terrorism Committee reports.
The bombs were made of shots for grenade launchers, similar to the bombs found in Makhachkala on June 7.Two women with about 200g of explosives each were detained back then.
The apartments where the belts were found were inhabited by Sabina Sheymuradova and Sultanat Krymova, the two notable for recruiting females into terrorist groups and construction of explosive devices.
