Russian president Vladimir Putin has returned by official decree the Russian Foreign Ministry to the list of agencies that can use vehicles with flashing lights.
In May last year, the number of cars with special signals was dramatically reduced from 1040 to 569, and the Foreign Ministry was not allocated any.
Now, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs receives three cars with special signals.
