The Supreme Court of Dagestan has put Ilmutdin Gamzayev, head of the Kayakentsky District of the republic, under house arrest for two months, RIA Dagestan reports.
The official was detained in his office on June 6 on charges of signing fake documents on the purchase of housing for orphans and presenting a fake report on expenses.
