Nino Giorgobiani, head of the PR department of the Georgian Interior Ministry, said that caches of weapons, explosives, grenades, communication systems, drugs and psychotropic substances were found in the Samegrelo Region, Georgia Online reports.
The police found photos and personal data about people who would be arrested after the elections of October 1, 2012, if they were won by the United National Movement. The caches contained videos of tortures and humiliation.
