Interpol has detained 18 people, 13 of whom were high-ranking criminals from Kutaisi, in Hungary, Italy, Lithuania, Portugal, France and the Czech Republic.
The detained people had drugs, weapons and cash. Their detention was coordinated by intelligence services of EU states. The operation took one and a half year of planning.
