Dagestani Deputy Minister for Industry and Transportation Kurban Sheykhmagomedov died in a car accident on the 407th km of the Makhachkala-Astrakhan Federal Highway in the Babayurtovsky District of Dagestan at about 4.00 pm today, the regional Interior Ministry reports.
He was on his way for a meeting in Kizlyar, driven by a 23-year-old driver. They hit a tractor with a trailer suddenly appearing on the road.
