On July 3, the Moscow City Court will study the complaint of Sayid Amirov, Mayor of Makhachkala detained on June 1, 2013, for murder of investigator Arsen Gajibekov in 2011 for two months, RIA Novosti reports.
Amirov has been the Mayor of Makhachkala since 1998. He was charged for the murder on June 4.
