For the sake of overcoming administrative barriers the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia in Chechnya has opened today a "unified hotline". The hotline has been set up "in order to improve effective communication with the public, overcome administrative barriers and prevent violations of discipline on the part of officials," the head of the republican Ministry, Ruslan Yahyayev, said today.
The number of the "unified hotline" is 8 (8712) 33-24-25.
Reception and registration of complaints on this phone are maintained in accordance with Russian legislation. Calls on violations of fire safety, water safety and the prevention of disasters are accepted.
